Nayax Telemetry devices are connected to the coffee machine and allow the Lavazza team to remotely monitor the performance of your coffee machine. Telemetry allows us to monitor the machine in real time with continuously updated information on all aspects of the day to day running of the coffee machine.
  • Quicker resolution of any technical issues.
  • Better service thanks to ‘real time’ intel.
  • Monthly reports on drink preferences and consumption.
  • Stock usage to help predict when you will need a restock.
We attempt initially to assist via the phone to rectify the problem, otherwise we send a replacement machine immediately to minimise the down time without a coffee machine.
